Objectives: Setup the interlinkages between the organisation (i.e. management + different teams) and the community
Methods: Evaluation and implementation of tools, platforms, automations, documentation and reporting.
Event Management
Objectives: Create engaging, memorable experiences through high quality content, moderation, and attendee experience
Methods: Meetups, webinars, matchmaking formats, conferences, unconferences, round tables, pitching sessions, demo days, etc. Online and offline, including all related communications and technical aspects.
Partnership programs
Objectives: Build win-win collaborations with organisations that have similar goals and complementary assets
Methods: Define scope of the partnership alongside management and key stakeholders impacted; frame roles and responsibilities; establish incentives; prepare all required documents; go-to-market; agreement and announcement;, implementation and monitoring.

Objectives: Generate brand awareness, establish positioning, communicate programs and initiatives, generate leads and nurture quality customer relations.

Current projects
VOYAGERS is a community of more than 2500 climate-tech and health-tech professionals who come together to collaborate, invest and help each other in the spirit of giving. I am in charge of partnerships and their ambassador program.
2hearts is the largest community of tech people with immigration backgrounds in Germany. I am the Hamburg chapter lead and also helping them with the setup of their community hub (i.e. Notion-based knowledge repository)
CMX is the largest network of community professionals in the world. I am the CMX Director for the city of Hamburg, meaning I organise events on a regular basis for community pro’s in my area.
